Next Step’s Annual Invite Only Program sends invitations to elite players to participate in a year round program. Since Next Step is club-agnostic, the annual invite only program brings together the best players in New England to participate in a truly unique training environment built to focus on a player first approach rather than a team-oriented approach as a club teams do. This competitive environment focuses towards motivating your child to challenge themselves to get better – while also getting consistent and direct individual coaching for their needs rather than generalized feedback provided during team practices.
To do this, the annual program provides a multi-pronged series of trainings, assessment, and mentorship that facilitates the growth of players to complete at the highest levels. In addition to this, the program connect participating players and goalkeepers with current and former pros so players have the opportunity to see what it takes to be a professional, on and off the field, from those that have experienced it.
Some of the features we offer include but are not limited to:
On Field Sessions • Film Analysis • Performance Training • Quarterly Player Progress Meetings • Mentorship • College Placement Assistance • Junior Academy (for 2014-2016 players)
